Ritual Ready-to-drink Sprudge Design Award.

Our long-time client, Ritual Coffee Roasters is a Finalist for the Outstanding Packaging (Ready-To-Drink) category at the First Annual Sprudge Design Awards!

Each drink is inspired by an SF neighborhood where Ritual has a presence, like the Mission District, where its flagship coffee shop remains, or South of Market (SOMA), where to this day, they still roast their beans. We developed whimsical scenes, pulling together both recognizable landmarks as well as hidden easter eggs that only locals would remember or know.

The result is a magical blend of old and new in a slightly nostalgic, psychedelic style. Like Ritual itself, these cold brews are a San Francisco original. Read more about our design process here.

Over 2 years during the pandemic, we worked together with Galine Tumasova, a local illustrator, and the awesome team at Ritual to help bring their vision of a ready-to-drink line to life. For more than a year now, we've been able to share amazing local coffee and colorful art with the world and are thrilled to be up for such a prestigious award!
