A brand that helps NMA attract the types of clients that are as down-to-earth as they are.

NMA designs homes that connect to people’s life and their style. Their homes are sensitive to the local environment and connected to the natural beauty that surrounds it. For over 30 years, they’ve earned their creds as old-school locals and constantly evolved their understanding of the Central Coast. But their work is more than just beautiful, it complements and respects the area a place they’ve all grown to love.

Once we developed their unique brand positioning, we had a clear brief; to build a brand and a website experience that truly reflects who they are in an authentic way. Architects have a reputation for being unapproachable, so we set out to create a brand experience that welcomes people in. Typically, architect’s brands tend to rely on beautiful, project imagery alone. We knew we could do better and developed language using a friendly tone of voice, and featured people inside their homes rather than empty shells. We brought their personality to life by talking about who they are as individuals, what they love about the work they do and demonstrated their commitment to their local community through volunteer work.

All in all, it helps them attract people who are also down-to-earth and have shared values, making for great long-term partnerships and just a more enjoyable way to work.

"What I value the most is their creativity and personal approach. They work with us directly to find unique solutions instead of providing generic templates or answers. They were able to understand who we are and channel their ingenuity to create accessible messaging that’s also captivating to our audience. That’s not an easy task, but they were successful."
