The majority of our clients are women (and we love it).

A few weeks ago, it occurred to us that a lot of our partners are women.

Women who are either running a company or nonprofit or are the sole proprietor of their own business. We were curious to see the exact breakdown of clients that are men vs. women, so when we crunched the numbers, we were surprised to see women make up 89%. When we looked at the remaining 11%, 6% are companies run by both men and women, and the remaining 5% are run solely by men.

We’re not quite sure what that says about us. Maybe women are more drawn to working with a purpose-driven agency? Maybe because a lot of nonprofits are run by women, they hire us because of our experience? Whatever it is, we want to keep doing it because it’s massively rewarding to not only support women but support women who are out to make good shit happen.
